I cant believe its already been one year since the birth of TheLabmixshow.com It seems like just yesterday myself and my fam Happee occupied the first two slots….Since then so many awesome Djs from our town and others have blessed the turntables. Last night was epic. After a short temporary hiatus I was quickly reminded why I fell in love with hip-hop and became a Dj..I had a chance to rock a full set of 90s hop with Dj Happee on the 3′s and 4s’ and Jam out with Beehive Dj Rayted R and Cypha on the vocal beat tip..Hip-Hop was mos def in the building… Peace to my man Slim, Dj Pacman, Kam, and the rest of the committee at empire studios.

Good times hangin with my fam last week Dj Happee and Opoetik celebrating the release of their album “Two sides to every story” at Bar Dynamite for “The match up”. Big ups to all the headz who came to support.. especially all the homies from the “mecca” (92126 Mira Mesa) it was like one big re-union….hip-hop was alive and well that night….except me and happs were a bit lost in the sauce…let this be a lesson…dont drink and drive turntables especially if your being recorded = /
